The White Death came last night, but it dumped mostly freezing rain. Enough that the kids were off school today. :-) Great time for the 2 oldest to get caught up on homework. Our satellite was covered in a thin layer of ice. Took a hair dryer to get it off so we could turn on the TV! Mom sent a great ice shot (thanks, Mom!!) which I'm including here. I'm also including pics from our home. What you don't see is the amount of running water which is making its way to the street drains. It's a heavy, wet, slushy snow. We're on tap to get more snow and ice tonight - should make for another snow day but we'll have to see!
