Our area, like much of the country, has been in a drought for much of the summer. In fact, our summer temperatures didn't leave until last week. That all has changed. Last week the temps were cooler with sunny skies.
Yesterday afternoon - the rain began.
And continued.
And continues.
Our area has now had a wonderful soaking. So much so that we're under a flash flood watch until noon.
It truly looks and feels like a fall day. Ahhhh - the cooler temps. It's time to break out the jeans, sweatshirts and sweaters, and boots. It's a good day!
